Warehouse Loader / Unloader (General Labor)

About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Loader / Unloader to handle inbound and outbound shipments. You will be responsible for moving cargo, building pallets, and keeping freight moving efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading: Hand-load and unload trailers, containers, and box trucks quickly and accurately.
Freight Handling: Palletize, wrap, stack, and stage goods to prepare them for shipping or storage.
Inventory Checks: Compare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) against physical stock to ensure accuracy and report damaged goods.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep dock areas and walkways clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Requirements
Ability to continuously lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) throughout the shift.
Stamina to stand, bend, reach, and lift in a fast-paced environment.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus (training provided).
