Senior HR Compliance Lead – Africa & SEA

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Compliance Specialist to lead labor and employment compliance for South Africa, supporting Amazon Stores and corporate businesses. You will partner with regional HR and employment counsel to drive compliance and provide advisory on policies and practices.

The role involves coordinating with HR CoE and AET teams to ensure statutory adherence. The incumbent will monitor enforcement, analyze risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations while maintaining strong
