Remote Hospital-at-Home RN | Telehealth Care Coordinator

Virtua Hospital at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to extend inpatient-level care into patients' homes using telehealth and remote coordination. The RN will perform the nursing process, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality interventions in the home setting.

The role requires 2-3 years acute care experience, NJ RN license, and CPR/BLS; BSN preferred. Travel with valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
