Remote Equipment Support Technician – Diagnostics & Training

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Product Support Tech I for a remote position. You will assist customers with diesel, gas, electric, and hand-operated lifting equipment, diagnosing issues and guiding safe operation.

You will interpret technical docs and schematics, explain solutions clearly, and may travel occasionally to customer sites for hands-on resolution and training, supporting warranty and ongoing service needs.
