Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer service calls • Assist customers with scheduling and service-related needs • Resolve customer concerns professionally • Accurately document customer information • Follow established procedures and workflows Requirements • Customer service/call center experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication • Type 35+ WPM • Comfortable with high-volume/back-to-back calls • Reliable computer, internet and quiet workspace • Monday availability required • Must complete required background check, drug screening and ID verification Available Hours 400 AM–800 PM ET Monday Requirement Minimum 4 hours URGENT Candidates selected to move forward must begin the enrollment process immediately to secure a spot for the upcoming start date.
