Operations&MarketingCoordinator

​Our client is looking for an ambitious Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing business and work closely with the leadership team across operations, CRM, marketing, business administration and growth initiatives.

This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business. You'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly, strengthening the company's market presence and supporting its continued growth.

For someone who is proactive, commercially minded and eager to take on more responsibility, there's scope to develop into a broader Operations, Marketing or Business Management role as the business expands.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business

• Managing and maintaining the CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up to date

• Supporting candidate, client and business development activity through the CRM

• Assisting with LinkedIn, social media and other marketing activities

• Creating and coordinating social media content and company updates

• Supporting newsletters, marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

• Maintaining business systems, processes and reporting

• Assisting with pipeline management and commercial reporting

• Coordinating meetings, events and other business activities

• Supporting the leadership team with projects and growth initiatives

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and efficiencies

• Helping maintain a professional and consistent external brand presence

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in operations, marketing, recruitment administration, business support or a similar role

• Strong CRM experience and confidence working with systems and data

• Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media for business purposes

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Strong written communication skills

• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking initiative

• Someone who enjoys variety and getting involved in different areas of a business

• Confident communicating directly with senior stakeholders

• Commercially curious, with an interest in understanding how the business operates and grows

• Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment

• Someone eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility
