Night Health Care Assistant: Empowering Care & Independence

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts at Lepton Heights in Huddersfield. You will help adults with complex care needs, delivering compassionate support during nights from 8:00pm to 8:00am or 10:00pm to 6:00am. Training and induction are provided to help you settle in.

Roles include assisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities while recording care notes and supporting wellbeing. A caring, cheerful attitude is essential for success in this team.
