Live-In Country House Manager: Guest Experience & Ops

HF Holidays Limited, Britain's walking holiday co-operative, is seeking a Country House Manager for Derwent Bank, Keswick. You will oversee guest service, kitchen and front of house operations, and maintain the property to the highest standards for up to 66 guests across 44 bedrooms.

You will lead a team, manage maintenance with our central support functions, and drive a culture of service excellence while ensuring budgetary controls and a warm, welcoming atmosphere across all areas of the house.
