About the job:
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and motivated US Voice - Sales & Customer Support Professional to join our growing team at SS Technologies. If you have a passion for automobiles, enjoy interacting with customers, and are looking to gain international exposure by working with the US market, this could be the right opportunity for you. As a key member of our Sales & Customer Support team, you will communicate directly with US customers, understand their automotive requirements, assist them with suitable products and services, and provide professional after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective customers in the US market over calls to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
2. Generate and close sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, pricing, and value to customers.
3. Provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through professional communication and follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain proper records of le, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions.
7. Track performance and work toward achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
8. Develop strong knowledge of automobiles, automotive parts, engines, transmissions, and related products through continuous learning and practical exposure.
