Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. Work from home with flexible schedules (24x7). Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry or related field. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment. Basic computer knowledge for navigating through various applications and tools.
