Genpact has announced its hiring of freshers in 2026 all over India for the position of Associate in Finance and Accounting sector that is a wonderful opportunity for graduates with the desire to kick start their career. This position will involve the processing of vendor invoices, verifying vendor billing information and ensuring proper documentation of Accounts Payable. Selected candidates will also be required to help with the reconciliation of accounts, with journal entry postings and will help to keep the financial records and reports in order for business operations. This position will support month end closing, manage compliance related processes, and monitor all financial transactions per company guidelines and standards.
