🧭 What you'll do
Operate as FO, supporting the PIC through all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review flight plans, performance data, fuel, weather, and NOTAMs; conduct thorough briefings and checklists.
Manage aircraft systems and automation, including the FMS, while maintaining precise navigation and communications.
Apply effective CRM and Threat & Error Management to uphold the highest safety standards.
Contribute to a proactive safety culture through reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
Total Time: 1000 hours
Multi-Engine: 200 hours
Turbine: 200 hours
License Required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
Accepted Licences: SACAA
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
Education: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
NTR candidates are welcome; an Embraer type rating will be provided upon successful selection and training.
