We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Help customers choose the right product based on their needs.
- Answer questions about product usage, troubleshooting, shipping, warranties, and returns.
- Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a call center.
- Confident handling phone conversations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage email, chat, and phone support simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Experience
- Health, wellness, beauty, or medical industry.
- Shopify or similar support platforms.
- Experience with e-commerce customer service.
