You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting as well as prepare and transmit accurate and timely sales and use tax returns to jurisdictions in accordance with the client tax calendar. You will do state registrations and de-registrations and reconcile payments made on behalf of the client. You will proactively communicate with the client to help resolve their sales tax questions and concerns, as well as work with the assigned accounting manager. With your strong Excel and technology skills, you will be able to troubleshoot independently when problems arise. We want someone who loves to troubleshoot problems, dig in and manipulate data, and who understands how eCommerce accounting fits into the big picture of a client’s financial statements. We know many don’t come with this knowledge, so we will train you! With an assigned mentor and extremely supportive management, you will become a strong member of the sales tax team.
